Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CCA-F practice platform and related services (the "Platform") operated by BusinessLabs Internet Services LLP ("BusinessLabs," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Platform is offered to the public worldwide. You must be at least the age of legal majority in your country of residence, and in all cases at least 18 years, whichever is higher. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

BusinessLabs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC. Claude®, CCA-F, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Practice content on the Platform is based on materials BusinessLabs uses internally to train employees, interns, and pre-hire candidates—not official Anthropic exam content.

For eligible candidates who join BusinessLabs under applicable programs, BusinessLabs may reimburse or bear the cost of official Anthropic certification examinations. This benefit is discretionary, program-specific, and not guaranteed for all users.

No pass guarantee: Use of the Platform does not guarantee success on any real certification exam, employment with BusinessLabs, or any particular outcome.

Core Platform access is currently free. BusinessLabs may offer separate paid services—including personalized learning, training, internship and apprenticeship assistance, job-finding support, and other paid training programs—under separate terms and pricing communicated at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are used unlawfully.

You may upload completion certificates (e.g., from Anthropic courses) that are issued in your own legal name and that you legitimately earned. You must not upload forged, altered, or third-party certificates. BusinessLabs may verify uploads and remove or reject fraudulent material.

You retain ownership of work you submit (scenario answers, uploads, etc.). By submitting content, you grant BusinessLabs a non-exclusive license to store, process, display to authorized BusinessLabs administrators and vendors hired for processing, and use submissions solely to operate the Platform, evaluate progress, provide feedback, and support training and hiring programs. We do not sell your submissions to unrelated third parties.

You must not:

• Share accounts, scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission
• Use the Platform to cheat, misrepresent qualifications, or upload false certificates
• Reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the Platform
• Operate as a training institute, coaching center, or commercial provider using Platform content—directly or indirectly—to offer paid or free services to others without a license
• Use the Platform if your business activities are illegal under the laws of India or your country of operation

Commercial licensing: Unauthorized commercial reuse of Platform content requires a written license from BusinessLabs. Indicative licensing fee: USD 10,000,000 per year or 5% of annual revenue, whichever is higher. Licensed parties remain subject to lawful-business restrictions.

The Platform, its structure, questions, labs, branding, and BusinessLabs-authored materials are owned by BusinessLabs or its licensors. Except for your own submissions, no rights are granted except as needed to use the Platform personally under these Terms.

Authorized BusinessLabs administrators and vendors hired by BusinessLabs for processing may access candidate profiles, progress, submissions, and certificate uploads to operate the Platform, verify credentials, export reports, and support training and certification programs. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSINESSLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE FREE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE ACCESS).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusinessLabs from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home country where applicable.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
